However, they wanted to launch a one-off, month-long seasonal campaign aimed at generating direct sales, which was a new venture for them.

Problem Statement:

The client had no prior experience in running performance-driven campaigns and was looking to generate tangible results from this seasonal effort. With a media spend of 2,300€, they sought to achieve a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and maximize the number of purchases during the campaign period.

Strategy

We crafted a focused Facebook and Instagram Ads strategy designed to capitalize on the client’s established brand recognition while driving immediate sales. The strategy was tailored to create urgency and highlight the unique value propositions of the insurance products offered during this seasonal campaign.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation

    • Leveraging Brand Awareness: We segmented the audience based on prior engagement with the brand’s awareness campaigns, targeting users who were already familiar with the company but had not yet made a purchase. This allowed us to effectively convert warm leads into customers.
    • Lookalike Audiences: We created Lookalike Audiences based on the client’s existing customer base, expanding the reach to potential new customers who shared similar characteristics with the current clientele.
    • Interest and Behavior Targeting: We targeted users based on interests and behaviors relevant to insurance products, such as financial planning, homeownership, and family security, to attract individuals likely to be interested in the insurance offerings.

Ad Creative and Messaging

    • Limited-Time Offers: The ads emphasized the limited-time nature of the campaign, creating a sense of urgency that encouraged users to act quickly. This was reinforced with clear, action-oriented calls to action (CTAs).
    • Personalized Ad Creatives: We developed ad creatives that showcased different insurance products tailored to various life stages, such as family insurance, home insurance, and personal accident coverage. This personalization helped resonate with specific segments of the audience.

Retargeting Campaigns

    • Dynamic Retargeting: We set up dynamic retargeting ads to reach users who had interacted with the initial campaign ads but hadn’t completed a purchase. These ads reminded potential customers of the insurance offerings and prompted them to return and finalize their purchases.
